What We Bring
A diverse practice grounded in community, systems and lived experience.
Founders, Monika and Kate bring a broad and complementary set of skills developed across community-led practice, research, design, climate action, disaster recovery and social change. We provide deep experience in community-led recovery and governance, intercultural knowledge, co-design and learning, social justice and equity, alongside experience working with diverse communities.
Together, these capabilities allow us to work across people, place and possibilities: understanding what is already present, making relationships and knowledge visible, creating spaces for people to think and act together.
