Futures We Make works alongside communities, organisations and governments to navigate complex change, strengthen local systems and enable the conditions for more resilient, equitable and regenerative futures. Through support offers, advisory services and knowledge exchange, Futures We Make facilitates processes that enable existing strengths and capabilities, building foundations for connection, learning and working within living, community systems.

We work alongside communities and organisations to respond to what is needed in their particular context. Through facilitation, network building, collective learning and community-led processes, we create practical ways for people to connect, share knowledge, make decisions and navigate change together.

We work with organisations and government to strengthen how community knowledge and lived experience inform strategy, decision-making and practice. Through advisory, participatory research and facilitated learning, we help translate community knowledge into meaningful organisational and systemic change.

We support communities, practitioners and organisations make sense of experience, share what is being learned and turn knowledge into action.

Over time Futures We Make will develop resources to share more broadly informed, by participatory inquiry, reflection and knowledge brokering. We help identify patterns, surface lessons and create ways to broker knowledge for community-led impact.

We offer a sliding scale of fees to make our expertise accessible, with reduced rates and pro bono support where possible for communities, grassroots organisations and volunteer-led initiatives experiencing disaster or disruption.
